Refund and Returns Policy

At Cozy Inks, every product is made with love, care, and attention to detail. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us, so please take a moment to review our policy below.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

  • At this time, Cozy Inks does not accept returns or exchanges on any orders.
  • Since our products are printed and embroidered especially for you once you place an order, all sales are considered final.
  • We encourage you to double-check your size, design, and shipping details before completing your purchase.
  • We also recommend you make a video while opening your parcel. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, this proof will help us resolve the issue quickly.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contactus@cozyinks.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after checking the video mailed to us for damaged or incorrect items, otherwise we do not provide returns/exchanges once product is shipped.

đźšš Shipping & Delivery

  • All domestic orders are processed and shipped within 5–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • All International orders are processed and shipped within 8-12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external courier delays (weather, customs, etc.).
  • Cozy Inks is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, as we begin processing immediately after confirmation.
  • After 12 hours, cancellations will not be accepted since the product may already be in production.
  • To request a cancellation within the allowed time frame, please email us at contactus@cozyinks.com with your order number.
  • If your cancellation request is approved, your refund (if applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Cozy Inks reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of stock unavailability, technical errors, fraudulent activity, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified in such cases, and a full refund will be issued.
